Zoë Lewis captivated the audience at Simple Gifts when she played there in 2014. It was a definite to invite her back. Zoë plays gypsy jazz, jump jive, latin grooves, swing, international folk originals on anything from the piano to the spoons! WINNER of the Colorado Rocky Mountain Folks Festival Troubadour Award in 2003, NEW FOLK WINNER 2002 at the Kerrville Folk Festival in Texas and 2001 Falconridge Folk Festival AUDIENCE FAVORITE.
Originally from England, she now resides in Provincetown on Cape Cod, MA, where she performs every summer. She's traveled around the globe to over 70 countries, picking up world-beat grooves and stories on the way; jumping box cars, riding on freight boats and has even played music with an elephant orchestra in Thailand. She's written music for commercials, movies and 2 original musicals entitled SNAIL ROAD and ACROSS THE POND that were staged in Provincetown in 2011 and 2013 to sold out houses. She runs a 1920's SPEAKEASY with her band ZOË LEWIS AND THE BOOTLEGGERS specializing in Prohibition era jazz, which has become a big summertime hit on Cape Cod.
Zoë has performed across the USA, Europe, Australia, Canada and works for OLIVIA cruises. She's performed with the INDIGO GIRLS, PAT BENETAR, JUDY COLLINS, RICHIE HAVENS and NANCI GRIFFITH to name a few. In 2013 she was voted PROVINCETOWN WOMAN OF THE YEAR. She has released 7 albums of original material and is working on a new CD, a CD for kids, a collection of poems and a one-woman play.

Yes, you can Bring Your Own Beer and Wine to enjoy at the concerts. Beverages are allowed in the dining room and auditorium only. As always, there will be coffee, tea, and a variety of baked goods available.
Tickets: $16 in advance, $20 the day of the show, $10 for children 13 and younger. Senior (65+)/Military discount available on request at the door.

Brown Paper Tickets are allowed until the day before and PayPal sales until Noon on the day of the show. Tickets will be held in your name at the door.
The show starts at 7:30pm, doors open at 7:00pm, seating is general admission.
Simple Gifts Coffee House is a non-profit volunteer run concert venue hosting regional and nationally known musical acts for over 25 years. We are long-time members of the Boston Area Coffee House Association (BACHA).
Third Thursday Open Mic at Simple Gifts!
Simple Gifts Coffee House hosts an Open Mic on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00pm. Come join host Bob Pope.

Admission is $5 for all, including musicians. No need to register, but please read the Open Mic Guidelines.
Bob Pope sings and plays folk, bluegrass, and flamenco style acoustic guitar. Bob has been playing guitar for over 50 years and is currently a member of three bands: Monadnock Bluegrass, Folk River Run, and the Pine Hill Boys. He is host to a monthly Bluegrass jam and attends several open mic venues in the sourthern NH area. He is often accompanied by Lisa Greenleaf, his fiancée, and/or his daughter, Curran Pope-Konner.
We here at Simple Gifts have always enjoyed Bob's playing and are very pleased to have him as host and coordinator of our new Open Mic series. You will get to hear Bob play at these events so come on out and support Bob and all the other performers on the third Thursday of the month.
